HK Eaton Training Terms & Conditions

Booking

The price for the course is that shown on the website at the time of booking. Payment may be made at the time of booking and must be made in full 4 weeks in advance of the event.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been made, and from that date the event date(s) is confirmed.

HK Eaton Ltd reserves the right to substitute the advertised trainer at any time.

The minimum and maximum delegate numbers as confirmed by HK Eaton Ltd must be adhered to or a surcharge will be issued.


Payment

Payment can be made by debit / credit card or via BACS to HK Eaton Ltd. Payment account information will be provided.


Cancellation

In the event of the client cancelling an event or booking the following payment terms apply:

  • Within 4 weeks of the event start time and date 50% of full payment is due
  • Within 2 weeks of the event start time and date 75% of full payment is due
  • Within 48 hours of the event start time and date 100 % is due

In the event of cancellation by HK Eaton Ltd a change of date or full refund will be offered.
